About Us
Meat is one of the most consumed products all aound the world and specially in canada where people love to eat fresh and healthy meat. We have a family farm for more than a decade and been raising healthy animals in the green land of Winnipeg, Manitoba. We had been providing those animals to manitoba meat sellers for a long time and never received the credit by the consumers that we deserved. So, we finally realized to step up and start a business of our own. There was a bit of hesitation since getting into this huge market was a big risk but we wanted to help people get the best meat products they love to eat.
What’s Halal?
Halal mean “permissible” in arabic. Dhabihah halal is the prescribed method of slaughter for all meat sources by God’s permission, excluding fish and other sea-life, per Islamic law. This method of slaughtering animals consists of using a well-sharpened knife to make a swift, deep incision so that all the blood can be drained from the animal body leaving the meat clean and healthy for eating. In addition, the meat lacks fear toxins, which cause fear and anxiety in humans, as the slaughter is swift, quick, all-encompassing, and as painless as possible. The halal process produces cleaner, more tender, and tastier meat.
